Well, Hello there stranger.

It's been a while since I last updated. I was fortunate to get a job I enjoy doing and working in a warm supportive atmosphere. The only negative thing I have to say is the hours are long, very long for this aging lady. I literally just get up, go to work, eat a quick dinner, to bed, and repeat 5 days in a row. It leaves me with almost no energy to do any crafting. It hasn't stopped me from buying supplies though.

My molding kit has arrived! I will now be able to make molds for my shuttles! I also added a few more shuttles to my collection.  The green one was a birthday gift from my Honey. The shuttles are from Middy at the KnottedVine on Etsy. I love her shuttles.

I also added another Dreamlit and Moonlit from HandyHands. I actually splurged a bit. I originally went to purchase a book of Linda Davis's flowers, it ended up being a CD with 7 different book patterns. I was searching for a Lily pattern, turns out the one I had in mind was from Ruth Perry and I already own 2 copies of the book it's in. Which I cannot find either copy at the moment. I've also order 2 more of Lacis' Pin Collection. Now I have all that are currently released.

I think these are so darn cute! I need to find a proper frame to display them in. Honey suggested I get a computer riser, since I was complaining about my neck aching when working from home. Amazon to the rescue! It arrived super fast and was so quick and simple to put together. My eldest suggested I spray it black to match my desk. I have other organizers on the desk that are white so I may just take some contact paper to change the blue drawer color.

I can tuck some WIP's in one of the drawers so I can have some time idlers on hand without having to look for shuttles, threads, ect. The drawers hold a good amount of small items for me. Crafting so far has just been this cute reindeer crochet amigurumi that I found on Youtube from Old Soul Crochet Co.

I'm still working on the head, trying to decide which thread the antlers look better in. The one on the right is worked in size 80, the left size 20 the rest of the deer is size 10 crochet thread. I might just leave the antlers for last and work the rest of the deer before winter ends. The only other crafting I have done is these shuttles. One is for an exchange, the other I was just not satisfied with it, so I made a second.
